goodness where do I begin?

- Hearing Dermot O'Leary play Taking Control on his BBC Radio 2 show.
- dancing around to most of Combinations probably about three times in a row when I first got it (release day).
- Going down to London two days after that to see their debut headline show.
- Staying down to see their second.

top moments from those shows would amount to a novel, but from the top of me 'ead:
JUST SEEING THEM AT THEIR OWN SHOW!
chatting to Boyd whilst doing an unforgivable - talking during a support act!
Sherri waving to me as I walked into the venue on the second night... (i was that much of an annoyance on the first night)
Seeing half of Envy Corps there. That was WAY cool!
DISTORTION SQUAT!
PENGUIN!
meeting chad g and possibly wierding him out?
pub?

I think I'm done.

i'm definitely going with seeing them in concert again. I had to drive 100 miles each way, had no one with whom to go, and let's just say that the venue made the process of seeing them less than easy, but even still it was easily the best night of my entire year.

Chauntelle SINGING!

I saw the first time she sang on ICBTFU (in March in Fort Worth, TX), and I think it has to be the single best concert moment I've ever experienced. She's a brave one, and such a good singer. I'm so happy I got to witness it.

Whoa! I agree! That was the most amazing time! I was completely floored with elatement!

And I agree: How could I forget that as well?!

I found out about Eisley in '07 so that was pretty awesome.

Hopefully in '08 I'll get to see them live! (hint, cometotheUKagain, hint)

seeing the acoustic show in San Diego. I was supposed to see them in Detroit opening for MM, but the friend i was going with bailed.

Like the Actors EP is amazing! The three B Sides on that album were better than a lot of stuff on Combinations, Combinations being awesome in itself.

In chronological order:

- The first time I heard the song Combinations, in YouTube; it was a video from the Crocodile acoustic show. I almost teared a bit during the bridge. It was really emotional for some unkown reason.

- Listening to Combinations for the very first time. In my bed at night, all the house quiet , no lights on. It was unbelievably amazing! I heard it like three times in a row til I fell asleep to it.

- Getting some stickers! First time ever that I have some original Eisley stuff on my hands.

July 18, 2007 was one of most memorable days of my life. Not because it was my first concert, but because that's when I first discovered Eisley. Boy did I find them so late in life =( but hey it's never too late. At least I didn't have to wait too long for Combinations. Just seeing Stacy and Sherri sing live together made my day, and The Fray didn't even take the stage yet.

Highlights - August 7th - I found Eisley, and began a span of 6 weeks in which I didn't listen to any other artists. Those were 6 of the best weeks of my life.

September 19th - Seeing them for the first time in Boise, and the 7 hour drive to get there. I remember standing there right in front of Stacy's keys with my friend and seeing them for the first time with my own eyes, just before they came on stage. That was a great moment for me. Then after the show getting to meet Boyd and talk with him for about 10 minutes was pretty awesome, and then getting to say hello to the band.

September 21st - Seeing them again in Portland. This time I got a picture with them and got my Room Noises vinyl signed. And they had a slightly better set list.

Learning of their existence was the best of '07 for me!
I have a friend who is a massive fan of Taking Back Sunday...

The acoustic show in Salt Lake City was probably the best concert I have ever gone to. The sound was amazing. I think prefer Eisley acoustic when they play live because you can hear Sherri, Chauntelle, and Stacy's voices so well. I got to meet everyone in the band afterwards and Wesley Jensen's people were so nice. It was an amazing experience.
Combinations coming out ranks very high as well. I adore it.
Being able to snap a picture with the band and grab some merch after having missed their performance with Mute Math was great, too.
