well here's my amateur psychoanalysis.

she obviously wants her privacy,
yet at the same time she is happy and wants to express that happiness.
the median is a 'secret code' between the two of them and other close ones.

but if she truly didn't want anyone to know, she wouldn't do it at all.

now if she wrote BK the next couple of nights she could just say she's down with the King (Burger that is).

if someone found a picture of this guy on tour with SD written on his hand that would seal it.
