http://www.rollingstone.com/reviews/cd/review.asp?aid=2044189&cf=10572 To the uninitiated, she's the one who ripped up on Eisley's new ep. _________________ https://soundcloud.com/kiteswithoutstrings/tracks |

"Lovehatetragedy is full of more classic, timeless stylings." "But the group's secret weapon is the way it so vividly captures the storms of confusion, anger and self-recrimination that swirl around inside a boy." "The title track seems like an epic suite of angst and hopelessness, but it's actually just over three minutes long and full of surprises." "Underneath all the metal thunder and blitz, and the lyrics about pain and body bags, the only thing bleeding is Papa Roach's heart." That good ole Pat can sure tell a compelling, "timeless" release when she hears one! |

Though her choice of good albums is laughable, it's her opinion and she's paid to write about her opinions so whatever, she obviously prefers nu metal over other music. _________________ http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=KevinNaaaaaa |

So Cal Oasis wrote: Though her choice of good albums is laughable, it's her opinion and she's paid to write about her opinions so whatever, she obviously prefers nu metal over other music. I just hen pecked that review out of an assortment of reviews from her. She's actually given decent reviews to folks such as Leonard Cohen, etc. So, she's not all hopeless. I just think certain paint fumes may have been floating into the room when she wrote the Eisley review. _________________ https://soundcloud.com/kiteswithoutstrings/tracks |
