I got Perma in Portland on Friday. It's so different from either of their stuff that I've heard, but I like it a lot. I really like the vocal effect on Fallen Pollen. It just sounds so cool. There are plenty of songs I can listen to if I want to hear her normal amazing voice, so I'm glad they did that on this one song, because again, it sounds really cool. Tripping is good, too, but Fallen Pollen is my favorite. |

I was just trying to be optimistic ( was hard pressed to think of another Guy/Girl in love singer-songwriter combo from this era, but I wasn't trying hard either ). Wilstradamus provides no warranties and insurances on his speculations. I'm kinda 50% They are what they are, that is not bad at all. This is still probably better than some expected, this should be interesting to say the least to see where they take it and how it sounds with a little more production, and where they'll take their arrangemts when they get a chance. _________________ yup, that's my name. you would bring me flowers, and you be my man it's been raining showers, I hope that we would run away you could bring me flowers, and you could be my man we would be together, but it's not looking good from where I stand oh baby, go missing 'cause I care for you and oh baby, we both know it's something we shouldn't do but oh baby, it's not like we have a choice who we fall for and if I had a choice I'd fall for you anyway dancing woman happy, you take me by the hand we sit and talk for hours, and blink our eyes and know I'll miss you I'd wait forever to find someone like you you would wait forever, and hope it would eventually come true oh baby, go missing 'cause I care for you oh baby, we both know it's something we shouldn't do but oh baby, it's not like we have a choice who we fall for and if I had a choice I'd fall for you anyway yeah yeah yeah, I want to and if I could afford to in a perfect world we'd have our way and I can't help but smile at the things you say and file them all away inside my head, they're always there for a lonely rainy day you would bring me flowers, and you would be my man... Quote: tripping: Watch the star collapse, right on the back of tumbling waves your cheek upon my face we speak each words afraid of nothing in the deep, and hurt but we're not of that culture and I will be your love, how sweet God bless the ones who burnt my feet that I should trip and fall for you believe I am your lover you, at six a dream I wasn't in the one with green, the winding paths that seize they swallow whole the beefs they blindly stole from the peach and watch it bleed and I will be your love how sweet God bless the ones who burnt my feet that I should trip and fall for you believe I am your lover |

Darn, I don't know where I saw it - Flickr or Photobucket or the like, someone posted their cover. Eisley & art fans will covet the Sherri drawings but this one was pretty funny, a picture of a tombstone with a couple flowers and clouds, and the epitaph read something like "Here lies a husband & wife who loved each other until the end of their days. Sherri is the one who could draw, but this cover was done by Max." _________________ http://www.twitter.com/drstrangeblog http://www.last.fm/user/getinline I can't find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read. |
