Top 3 for me: 1. Over the Mountains We Go-- with light bulbs in our pockets we’ll light this darkened forest on the mossy turf, we’ll dance till our feet shatter, toes will splinter tripping through the misty streams of light so beautiful, i stare in awe 2. Plenty of Paper-- I cut the moon in half And stuck a piece to my hair It made the back of my head glow Golden yellow and then I took Ten stars on sticks and placed them in my small metal Bucket and I gave the other half of the moon to you Ooh, so you wouldn't forget me while I'm gone 3. Lady of the Wood-- Moonlight was making his skin glow like the fireflies he'd taken From the tiny scarecrows in a hurry, They said, "Sir, you'll need these on your journey." He came upon a wishing well, Keeling forward and he fell, Softly floating down on wings of fireflies. And he saw her lying there, tangles in her hair, in her hair. Oh, a pretty broken wrist Was clutched under her fist, Her ankles were all wound About a silver gown. _________________ Taylor | @thbrogan http://inconnumag.com |

Oh, what marvelous things, but They are, they are, they are giving me the creeps Then she chose to dissect me And I was casted into poverty Come home late, I know you're sick of working You're feeling down because your head is hurting So we don't talk, oh no oh no no You didn't hold on, hold on to the ones you love _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

memorization sucks on my part but I know the songs, i'm more into the emotional content of the lyrics than I am the poetic execution, and these songs sound sincere to me, which makes them likable: I could be there for you be kind tree tops _________________ yup, that's my name. Also, from Sun Feet: Soft sweet music makes me sleep Calling my mind away, oh Resting faces, calm and quiet Also, all of Ten Cent Blues. And many, many others... Quite the lyricists, they are. |

I Could Be There For You is my ultimate favourite (I always had it in my min that it was Stacy-written but someone recently informed me it was by Sherri which I found surprisin) Golly Sandra, Kind and Ten Cent Blues are my other tops lyrically and as a song. |

Just Like We Do: Dear did you know that people love each other, just like we do? All of Sun Feet and Marsh King's Daughter. I also really like I Could Be There For You. She's made of sulphur in the night All her friends say.. You're part mystery And partly drawn, drawn to all things breathing Amazing verses. |

Golly Sandra, Kind and Ten Cent Blues are my other tops lyrically and as a song. I Could Be There for You was written by Stacy. It's also one of my favorites. I find I gravitate more towards Stacy's songs rather than Sherri's. Though I could jam to Sun Feet and Many Funerals all day long. _________________ |

I know my Stacy songs as they also tend to be the ones I favour both vocally and lyrically and ICBTFY is a classic Stacy song but some girl was like "no....its by Sherri" so I dumbly believed it. |
