10 years, 4 LPs, 1 EP of exclusive material, and only one line-up change. That's a solid start to a long career. They've complete an album every 2.5 years, with only one extended gap, and during that time period they completed the album in that time frame. The delay was a matter of negotiating its release. They are consistent, and make progress one way or another with each release. It will be interesting to hear what they sound like this release given the chops Garron (along with Mark and Weston) is showing on the production side. Sway surprised people in a very good way with the scope of the material and production. The future is bright. _________________ yup, that's my name. Working on that Magazine Edition of those reviews today actually. Sorry it's taken so long. Coming up with a style that looks good has been a headache. I wanted to get a Wacom tablet so I could draw some cool textures to manipulate with photoshop or gimp, but instead am going another, cost effective, and more assuredly Professional style route. I'm only a month late, but I couldn't believe it had been 10 years. I mean, I can ... but it doesn't seem right.  All kinds of feelings here ...
It's nicer to be able to listen to it with less weight from expectation weighing on it. Guess who dropped their Macbook Pro and lost the HD with all the reviews and interviews, graphics from the Plenty of Paper (formerly on www.strangeyellowpatterns.com ) etc?
Good news, the Macbook Pro was revived, but the HD that was removed may yet be unreadable, meaning all work will have to be redone. Sucks. Turning into my version of the Valley at this point. But yeah, 10 years is one thing for RN, but it's gonna be 12 for LC and MT, and 14 or 15 for the Mos Eisley stuff, and 17 since the band form.
