In some of the other entries there were some concerns about how the Coldplay show went over in Austin. Being an original Austinite, I felt it was necessary to explain the weirdness of Austin. I live in Dallas now by the way. If the crowd seemed to be a little relaxed then that is probably a good thing for an Austin Crowd. People in Austin are music lovers and love to hear good bands. Its like going to a play or a poetry reading. There not going to get drunk and hoop and hollar. They want to hear the music and soak it all in. I would bet my britches that Moss went over really well in Austin. _________________ I dont claim to know all the answers, I dont even claim to know all the questions, Hey, where am I? |

Yeah, we totally weren't ragging on those Austin peeps. I think they were pretty responsive - maybe not as vapid as in Houston or Dallas, but that's ok. Honestly, we've been receiving tons of mail from people who were there and really got the band. And..what's super cool is: SXSW coming up. (promo mode boyd....down boyd...) ASCAP showcase....their showcase is with some amazing bands. I'll list them later. have to confirm. boydout _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead.
