For newbies and confused forum users. This tells you how to get around and what to do and where to go... Thanks for hanging out. bd ----------------------------------------------------------- EISLEY NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS features like...global info. It has to be a big deal for me to post here. For example, if Eisley won a grammy or wasasked to go on tour with Radiohead, I'd put it here with bells and whistles. FAQ has information like lyrics and other staples that aren't moment intensive. We probably need to spruce this area up seeing how the website is lame in this department for now. EISLEYBLOG is where you go if you want to comment or read or question or yammer on and on or dawg or rail or propose or praise or post an image or connect with other forum users on ANYTHING having to do with Eisley. If it's other than eisley, don't post it here. PRESS It's hard to keep up, but here's where I'm trying to gather the bits and fragments of press on the band. I need help in this area, so if you guys find stuff, please pm me with links. If the review sucks, that's ok...send it anyway. (although, it would almost seem impossible, right? jk) ------------------------------------------------- ON THE ROAD The Eisley Full Length - Live from LA This section literally journal's everday during the full length. In times past, I spent more time posting video still shots of events...which took me forever. Since I have to shoot video from these sessions, it's just easier for me to make clips and post them instead. The words might be boring - but I try to keep it interesting. So far, to date, we've had 151,464 views in the section and we're not finished. The information is honest. There are no secrets. The other threads in this section are very fat. For example, browse thru the Coldplay/Eisley tour section or the Brand New tour. Every showdate is journaled with many pics from lives shows...sometimes, even including scenes with Coldplay. If we're out on the road, or have been, it's generally on line. -------------------------------- OTHER THAN EISLEY GENERAL Talk about life, yourself, others, whatever. MUSIC Talk about music. One of the best areas to learn and grow. SHAMELESS Talk about your own band or your favorite bands. Shamelessly promote shows and events... whatever. -------------------------------- OLD ARCHIVES I'm not sure what's in there... _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. Debating what the best Ryan Adams album is is like debating when Will Ferrell is funny and when he's just annoying (or merely naked). It's spotty. Heartbreaker, Cold Roses, Gold, RocknRoll, all have good songs but they're inconsistent as albums. Anyway, as an Eisley fan, I can think of several more relevant artists than Ryan Adams: Ed Harcourt, the Divine Comedy, Kevin Tihista's Red Terror, Rufus Wainwright, the Fruitbats, the Webb Brothers, the Magic Numbers, I Am Kloot, et al. have more of a kindred spirit to Eisley than Ryan Adams does. _________________ Lola |

Was this post an accident? No big deal if it is. Just wondering. ![]() The best place for Eisley merch seems to definitely be on the march table. I don't have much experience mailordering their stuff. So I'm not too sure. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I love the post-rank names, but I haven't a clue what the levels are. I assume Sea Post King is the n00b level -- but what're the others? _________________ He said he knew the faun.
