the only reason i don't like letterman is because of paul shcafer - or however you spell it. that guy ticks me off. he's so obnoxious and annoying and tries to hard to steal the show from dave.

and the top ten list has gone way down over the years

As for Paul Shaffer, he's like Dave's sidekick you could say.
They have the best late night band in my mind as well.

Conan has done a mighty fine job taking over for Letterman at NBC, though.
