It looks like Eisley is going out with Snow Patrol this Fall. http://snowpatrol.amrecords.com These guys are from the UK; I think Scottland or Ireland... it wasn't clear from their bio. Either way...they're doing really well in the UK and are breaking their 3rd record on Polydor Records ( http://www.polydor.co.uk) I think this might be their 2nd or 3rd tour here in the US, but am not sure. I'll find out details and post them. I know they did a huge tour with Granddaddy in the UK, so...hey, that's very cool. I joined the Snow Patrol forum - just to make contact, etc. It's not very active at this point, but looks like it's picking up speed. If anyone wants to add to my initial "contact" post, I think it would be cool... you know, yak about Eisley, encourage them - though, undoubtedly they're way further along than Eisley and probably don't need it. Our neighborhood could engage in a bit of viral marketing...you know... a small invasion and at the same time, spreadthe love: http://snowpatrol.amrecords.com/bboard/forum/viewtopic.asp?TopicID=147 7987&topic=Eisley+to+tour+with+Snow+Patrol We're going to go over all of this with management on Monday July 26th, but I wanted to go ahead and get this news up because you guys have been waiting a L O N G time for any news on when the band will be on the road, etc. I'll update this and change the info as it emerges. Eisley is totally up for this. It's been a long year and they're so ready to get out side the 4 walls of the studio and this house... get on the road and play live shows, which, besides writing, is what motivates and inspires them. Enough about making a record. Here are the tenative dates: 9/3/2004 Culture Room Ft. Snow patrol are all from northern ireland but met at uni in scotland. Their u.k site www.snowpatrol.net is much more active if you want to post there too for a bit of promotion. but more importantly when are you coming back here? _________________ ~Lisa~ 'Can I rely on you when all the songs are through' - Guy Garvey 'It's never over, shes the tear that hangs inside my soul forever.' - Jeff Buckley |

get your asses back in the UK around Christmas, Snow Patrol have just announced some big shows in december and i think Eisley should be there. ps im not on here much in the past or the near future, too much uni work and not enough hours in days to be wasting time on t'internet. still wish eisley all the luck in the owlrd and when this album comes out ill be sure to buy it. im guessing it wont be released in the uk at the same time as the us. especially if this tour thing is happening and there isnt time to promote in the uk. good luck x _________________ "A mathematician is a blind man in a dark room looking for a black cat which isn't there." - Charles Darwin (legend) |

Do you know who is booking their Toronto (Canada) Show at the Opera House? I saw Eisley at the Coldplay show in Toronto last summer, and they were fantastic. I'm the drummer in a Canadian band about to release our 3rd album and I'd love the opportunity to share the stage with them. If you want some info about us to know we're legit, go to www.theashgrove.com Best Regards rick drummer |

I can't wait to see you when you come to Seattle... I have been waiting for you to travel for a long, long time. Also, I am (I think) on your street team, so if you need help promoting the tour/album just ask. I do it all the time for bands. _________________ "Anything Worth Doing, Is Worth Doing Right." - Hunter S. Thompson |
