yeah, the new songs were way good they played plenty of paper, golly sandra, the escaping song (which was an awesome jam), vintage people and older stuff like sun feet, sea king, memories and others. and Dick Swift was awesome. before his last song he said, "That was our last song, this is encore." I laughed. I cried. it was a beautiful evening. _________________ "It's the new golden fact." |

You were supposed to say "Oh, Lord, kill me because I have to live with memories of this wretched show. Have mercy!!!" Well, ok, maybe not ... but I wouldn't feel so bad about missing the shows if you did. Thanks for the update. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I concur. It was my first time seeing Eisley perform, and I didn't quite know what to expect but I was literally blown away. Wow is just about the only word! I'm so glad I'm hiking it to all 3 shows (With Eddie and Anthony) because if last night was the only time I saw em I wouldn't be satiated Lost At Sea was amazing, like really. wow. 2 MORE TIMES *chants* Talk about a disjointed gushy post... -Luke |

i'd like to say wow! i really really enjoyed the show and meeting the band afterwards. i even saw boyd and mrs. dupree! the whole family was there, such good times. i never really though eisley would come out to my town, but then bam, they came! i thought i would end up flying out to texas to see them, which i still plan on doing anyways. the opening acts were awsome, especially the first one, forgot their name but my friend bought the cd. the new songs were great. they seemed a little bit more faster paced than their other songs and i really like them. also met chauntelle and got pictures, and sherri is cool and the guys are tall and stacy is super shy! its great! i plan on going tonite to LA to see them again! hip hip! _________________ dear recently distressed i am sorry to inform you that ive cause so much unrest |

i didn't like the way you said OLD video instructor... Anway, I felt sad last night because I didn't really get to meet but a few of you...in the dark, during the show. Loading out afterward doesn't happen unless I spear-head it. By the time we were done, everyone was gone. But the main thing is...you got to meet the band. cool. Boyd's review: It was a good first show... very rough in spots with gleams of luminance throughout... more like a warm-up show for tonight; but you guys were great...so warm and enthusiastic. The outcome of shows always seems to be dependent on something kinetic between the both the band and the audience. Without that, it doesn't matter how perfect the set is... I think Eisley is more about something I can't quite define than they are about perfection, though, no doubt, they'll continue to grow in that departement. It's been like 4 months since they've had a show...and all this new material is still new. I loved the set and had a blast. Thanks everyone. ammendment: Richard Swift. speechless. I loved it. If you miss him tonight, you're a deranged psychopathetic robot who does nothing except ride goats and rope cactus. Don't be foolish. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead.
