We lost REMY ZERO...WHAT AN AWESOME band (if you don't have ALL three albums by them YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!!) but rather than all that talent completely going to waste, the members have branched off into other JUST AS notable and mindnumbing bands... The one of HIGHEST regard is that of the newly formed SPARTAN FIDELITY.. This is a duo of Shelby and Cinjun TATE who are releasing their first album under that moniker in just a matter of days!!! YES, DAYS!!! It will be released under their own record label called EXCAVATION RECORDS. www.excavationrecords.com Here are audio samples (my favorites are two and four so far but you can only tell so much by 30 seconds of a song) www.excavationrecords.com/mp3.htm Pre-orders for the first edition go on sale MAY 7th so hop on quick cause there are only like a coupla hundred to grab... The second edition of the album is to be distributed to retail outletsYEAH!!! Also releasing near the same time is another band called ISIDORE with other former members of RZ ....word is really strong on this as well...I am researching the site to go to and such...when I find it I will post here... While you visit Excavation Records site you may want to join the Message Board...it is FULL of WONDERFUL, music hungry folks who are just so courteous and enjoyable as the EisleyFolk here (love ya'll!!)...I have met some of them in person...in fact, one was kind enough to be the one who bought my MUSE ticket for St. Louis and he and his wife didn't even "know" me except from the board... It is called SAVE ME and I first REALLY discovered RZ back about two years ago when GOLDEN HUM came out and they performed SAVE ME on Conan or Jay or one of those late night shows...the performance floored me and next day I hightailed it to record store for the purchase...months later I would be proud to learn that millions of people would be exposed to them via Smallville...MUY EXCELLENTE!!!...Anyway, if you like that song (and it's a GREAT one) there are MANY, MANY more great songs on both THE GOLDEN HUM and VILLA ELAINE to kick your ear's butt..wait a minute...umm...lobe, I mean... I have preordered the Spartan Fid. album and it should be shipped in June...
