That's the most interesting looking Tele I've ever seen.

Resembles a Telecaster Deluxe circa 1970's.

Hmm... I don't know where it came from, but I'm pretty sure it's a 72' (re-issue) Tele Custom.

Right when I saw this picture, I was reminded of a different one from the Coldplay tour, which is on the main photo page--one spot up from the bottom right corner on the first page. I know that's a different Tele Custom, with a different finish (and could very well be a reissue for how clean it looks...), but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just another one of Coldplay's guitars that Sherri is using.

Of course, that is assuming that the Tele Custom in the picture on the main page is one of Coldplay's. Otherwise, that'd mean that it was just a coincidence that Eisley owned a couple of guitars identical to what Coldplay uses and only ever played them in concert on that tour, heh... I'm rambling now.

Actually, I know that it was given to them by a friend named Dave Ozman. He helped them with early MossEisley recordings.
I don't know what it is. I think you all are right in guessing it is some type of Tele, but it sadly crashed to the ground one night after a show, and the jack and a big chunk of the wood cracked off of it.

I think it has been repaired????, but I am not sure where it is in our house, or in the trailer.

and that's the story Wink

Well, that explains it! I just found it odd that it's never seen in any other live pictures... Do you know about where the other Tele came from, Kim--the one in the picture I was referring to above?
