Resembles a Telecaster Deluxe circa 1970's. _________________ signed: Omygosh, Emperor of Shmo **the turtle stamp of approval** www.soulstrum.com |

Hmm... I don't know where it came from, but I'm pretty sure it's a 72' (re-issue) Tele Custom. _________________ www.myspace.com/copacabana |

Right when I saw this picture, I was reminded of a different one from the Coldplay tour, which is on the main photo page--one spot up from the bottom right corner on the first page. I know that's a different Tele Custom, with a different finish (and could very well be a reissue for how clean it looks...), but I wouldn't be surprised if it's just another one of Coldplay's guitars that Sherri is using. |

Of course, that is assuming that the Tele Custom in the picture on the main page is one of Coldplay's. Otherwise, that'd mean that it was just a coincidence that Eisley owned a couple of guitars identical to what Coldplay uses and only ever played them in concert on that tour, heh... I'm rambling now. |

Actually, I know that it was given to them by a friend named Dave Ozman. He helped them with early MossEisley recordings. I don't know what it is. I think you all are right in guessing it is some type of Tele, but it sadly crashed to the ground one night after a show, and the jack and a big chunk of the wood cracked off of it. I think it has been repaired????, but I am not sure where it is in our house, or in the trailer. and that's the story |
