"all the war horses wore rubber bands to hide their hooves from sinking sand"

is this actually true or just randomness?

"When the morning came the bees flew down and wrapped themselves around me,
And that's when I spoke a word, to have them trace your face for me in pollen."

Or maybe I only find that odd because I'm horribly allergic to pollen...

That's what I was going to write, too. Most of their lyrics are fantasy-oriented, but that one just plain doesn't make sense.

"with your soft green face, smiling beside me"
I always imagine Sherri right next to an alien smiling at him. Her dance partner at the dance academy is an alien! ::gasp:: (they waltzed methodically)
