Anyone else going to Kilby Court in Salt Lake? I didn't realize it was here on a Saturday at first, so now I know I won't have work related issues going. IT's a good thing since I bought a ticket. Kilby is so small, and you pretty much have no choice about meeting people. You'd really have to take some weird evasive actions. LOL They also have a fire pit outside, so I am seriously considering bringing somemore fixings. |

[/size] ) Hahah, well, for me it doesn't matter too much I guess; whether they were the headliner (OTRATTW Tour) or the opener for Rooney, the reason I'm going is Eisley. So I guess even as an opener they're going to draw in their core audience, at the same time that they're pulling fans from another band's base. I'm really psyched for their appearance at the Grog Shop in Cleveland. |

That Vivalaspopie makes a great point! I think she's saying that there's a difference between die-hard fans will come see Eisley any chance they get, and be there for Eisley above all else, but the core audience (largest population) of Eisley fans might be more casual fans, who would want to see Eisley, but would rather they had a longer set (and these fans may not be as likely to come to a show if they don't like the other bands on the bill). Either way I think Eisley's gonna get more fans, and it will be great if old fans become die-hard fans of even more new songs. But I'm no mind reader, so I'm not sure what she meant by that _________________ yup, that's my name. FOR YOUR RATING PLEASURE: 4 LIKE Buttons, 1 NEUTRAL, 1 VEXED, 5 DISLIKE buttons. No worries about school. _________________ j'ai pas envie d'être un robot, métro boulot dodo -Kelli |

I will be there. I never see LC-ers. We need a special identifying dance or something. Then again, I don't know what anyone actually looks like, so maybe that's my problem. I almost had a mini freak out because I couldn't remember if the show is on a Tuesday or Thursday. I just got a residency at Uncommon Ground (the Wrigleyville locations) in February for Tuesday nights, so obviously that would have been a problematic overlap. Thank God the show is a Thursday. _________________ Say something witty, dammit! http://kimschaefer.bandcamp.com/ http://youtube.com/kimschaefermusic |

Fine, he wants to play that way, then I won't go to any more shows then. On the bright side, Tod is a pretty cool & easygoing guy to talk to, I spent about 10 minutes with him at the merch table after the November show. _________________ http://www.twitter.com/drstrangeblog http://www.last.fm/user/getinline I can't find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read. |
