I know they're working on a new Sucre LP. Stacy posts snippets on Instagram from time to time. I think they're trying to fit it in between their busy schedules, and parenthood doesn't make any of it easier. But the snippets have sounded really great so far! _________________ Albert Camus wrote: Always go too far, because that's where you'll find the truth. |

Oh, no one mentioned that it was a song by Andy Freeman's band. It's different from what many would expect but man alive Chauntelle sounds WONDERFUL singing this kind of stuff. There's a wisp of twang in her voice that sounds perfect. The arrangement is not a typical type of groove but starts in that Dead Head type pocket. If she had sung the whole tune I would be swooning something fierce cause the harmonies are great as it is. But the lead vocal might polarize people used to listening to female voices. http://www.reverbnation.com/truemadnorth/song/11782309-tell-to-me-feat uring-chauntelle Didn't even know it existed until this thread, so score 1 for the LC doing it's job after all these years. _________________ yup, that's my name.
