Note: There are two parts in this message.. on serious and one... less serious. I've been avoiding this thread but as, the zombie picture stated above, it won't die I actually decided to read it all. I don't understand why people scream "they can't be compared", of course you can compare them if you want. Well.. ok.. if you can't define both bands then you can't compare them... but.. well.. uh.. then you shouldn't reply in the first hand. If someone asks these kind of questions it's all up to your personal opinion. Which leads to what you guys should be screaming about... Why in the world would someone post these kind of threads on a board filled with fans for one of the.. uuh.. "disputed bands"? I mean.. it's obvious what kind of response these types of threads yields. Yes, what I'm suggesting is that we should find that hideous person and... and.. BURN HIM!! Bwahahhaaha .. Also.. this is the third part (no, I didn't mention it but here it is anyway): by the way.. that mummy was really funny ![]() _________________ Still titled as the first swedish fan |

I haven't read the whole 7 pages...but is this a joke? _________________ An apt and true reply was given to Alexander the Great by a pirate who had been seized. We can put a freeze on this if everyone hates it... i don't think it's a bad thread... there have been some interesting observations. I must say, I'm ready for it to die, but...whatever. This thread is like being in a baseball dugout and posing the question - "baseball or Rugby?" _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. I think 90% of the forum culture here recognizes this thread as pretty funny or pretty silly. It'll die once everyone gets their giggles over with, then it will be revived by some newbies in a couple years saying "whoa, this is an old thread!" _________________ "The revolution starts today, not tomorrow." :: got g-Love? |

Ok. Here are my $.02. Evanescence had great production on Fallen. I use their CD as a reference when I am in the studio because it has such a great sound. However, they did NOT use technology for evil in this case. If you need proof you should listen to their independent release "Origin". It has some of the same songs with out the big dollar budget and you know what...Amy's voice is spot on! Infact the version of My Immortal on Origin is almost exactly the same as the one on Fallen. Any if you listen to some of their early EP's her voice sounds amazing back then as well (and she was only 15 when some of those recordings were made). If you want to hear some of their early stuff just ask me. The Band said it is cool to trade their early releases since you can't get them anymore (unless you pay big $$$'s on ebay). In conclusion. I love Ev and I love Eisley. I can't wait to hear the new Eisley material! My EP's have been spinning so much recently they might cause some kind of total protonic reversal...that would be bad. |
