Everyone should list any radio shows with Internet feeds and e-mail requests, too. Phone is more powerful, but e-mail might be useful for lending support from all over. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

'the current' is a division of minnesota public radio and it's wonderful. it has brought me back to radio in a big way. _________________ blog. check it. |

I think this would work best if everyone e-mailed/called all of the DJ's posted on this thread (or at least a few)... that way they aren't getting spammed by the same person. Let's spam them together. I emailed 9 DJ's (8 from the same station) saying the same thing: "Hi, Can you please play "Invasion" by Eisley? They're going to perform it on Conan O'Brien August 30th, so I want to promote the song ahead of time. Thanks" It's simple and it lets them know you have a reason for requesting it other than just wanting to hear it. I'll email a few of the other DJ's posted on here right now. _________________ I know how I was born and I know that I have no choice. I will work on XRT. Terri Hemmert (DJ) is a professor at my school and my ex-boyfriend is her intern. WIN. Other than that, I got nothin. But I'll do my best with other calls/emails. |

Just be normal fans, anxious to hear Eisley and share the Eisley joy. Anything that reeks of spam or an organized effort will annoy. Radio people can be spiteful. Also, remember to call the Conan show, requesting tickets. For sure, that will be noticed by the powers at NBC. Also, can about 200 or so of you show up at the theatre, hang out, carry (heart) signs and wear Eisley T-shirts and weep with frustration because you can't get in? That would be noticed. |

That would be noticed. That would be so great! Get a video if some actually do show up, weeping at the Conan doors with Eisley t-shirts and what not. Conan may even throw that on the air right before they show Eisley. Would be hilarious! On another note, 102.1 in Milwaukee is sponsoring the 10/08 Mute Math show according to their website. All the more reason for them to play Eisley! |

Atlanta, GA: 99x (404) 741 0997 Call this place on a Sunday night between 8 and 10. They do a new music program that plays a lot of lesser known bands. I've gotten him to play my requests several times (Of Montreal, Arcade Fire, Flight of the Conchords, Midlake, etc). |
