I would've gone for the gusto, and put Michael Jackson. But I'm mean like that. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in. this was MJ. no comparison shots, no sweet kiddie pictures or disturbing adult ones. This is who he grew up to be at first. Let it sink in, this picture is official original adult Michael Jackson. in retrospect, what happened to him, even at his own request, in reference to the way he became another person physically, that's gonna be the stuff of legend, and is also really really really messed up. Will we ever get to making jokes about MJ like the Pledge of Allegiance one I learned in 3rd grade??? Who knows? But man, it's crazy! Oh and according to history - Larry Norman is the greatest contemporary christian artist cause he got Bob Dylan to convert and was revered by the majority of his peers in the late 60's and throughout the 70's. And I'm pretty sure he started the Vineyard Church Movement, or was instrumental in its beginnings. I think somebody around here can verify that for me... Here's some video documentation: why should the devil have all the good music? Plus Frank Black and U2 were big fans... that's gotta count for something right??? _________________ yup, that's my name. You're all wrong. The correct answer is "Glenn Danzig". _________________ Coprophiliacs make sh*tty lovers. Flickr Transvaal IV - Myspace : Virb Deep Thoughts About Shallow Subjects |

Just gave a listen to El Shaddai, and I have to say I still love that song. Amy Grant... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v8jzzPFNi84 Her divorce and remarriage is a bit much for most who follow Christian music to just roll with. Nobody is perfect... All contemporary Christian music artists had the way paved in part by Amy's success. The genre was very small before Amy came along. And of course, this was Amy's first husband, and perhaps shows there was more to this story than the fans know: http://www.wsmv.com/entertainment/9940640/detail.html Here is Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith at the 2008 Dove Awards: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZi-Nqndeok |
