I SOLICIT AND VALUE YOUR INPUT TOUR NAME I need a great name for this next little tour. I already did "West Coast Tour", so that won't work. It's just a 2 week tour, but I always want to promote with a focused campaign. Help! I'm snowed and am calling on my extended team of creativoids. Ads were due Friday. I need to get this all put together tonight! HEADLINE I'm designing an insert that get's slipped into the jewel case of Room Noises that will promote Eisley's new on-line store on the WB site. It has Eisley shirts and the ep's...is very colorful (4 color/2 sides, 4" X 4"). etc. I've spent half a day on creating the images, mockingup new T-shirts, photographing the ep's, etc....basically making it look cool. BUT, I need a short intro-headline. Something cool...something Eisley. I think the copy I received from the label said something like - "Discover Buried Treasure", which unencoded, say's "go there and find cool stuff"; it's ok...but isn't really anchored in Eisleyness. You know how we came up with: "With e-lights in our pockets". This is entirely different but must feel the same. TIME IS TICKING I have to have BOTH of these projects and another very important one (oh, I'll tell you about it soon) finished before monday morning. I'm thinking since it's their first tour with a Full Length out, the name should have something to do with that. The Road Noises Tour Room Noises Tour wait, is Eisley headlining or The Elected? _________________ "Aren't we all hanging from a fragile vine awaiting an inevitable plunge to doom while mice gnaw at our temporary safety? I actually prefer The Room Noises Tour, now that I think about it. _________________ "Aren't we all hanging from a fragile vine awaiting an inevitable plunge to doom while mice gnaw at our temporary safety? What else should we do but eat a strawberry?" http://www.mewsite.com/ |

Find some marvelous things at the eisley merch store.... uhh...never mind. _________________ A professor was one day walking along a very narrow street when he came face to face with a rival. This tour is too short I think to be called Room Noises... only fans in the West part of the country will reap the benefit. I hate to play that card...or spend it. Road Noises might be like playcating the record title... but this is great brain food! Eisley is headlining. It's Eisely's tour. more ideas! _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. killabikini... i was on the same path... "emerging tour". hmm.... is it too audacious? too...fanfare-ish... and, they've toured 5 times, so would it be correct? Gosh, I wish this tour were nationwide. But it's not... hmmm... I'm refreshing every few minutes. thanks everybody. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead.
