So yeah, welcome to forum two point oh. Hot off the presses. Bear with us as we're still tweaking some things, like the header navigation (boyd is fixing some links in that at the moment), and we'll be updating the old-school fuggly icons on here to better match the theme. --- I almost forgot! I would be totally remiss if I didn't mention and thank that this forum layout was inspired by rodrigo moraes, using some of the same structure as his Nucleus phpBB theme. --- We'll be moving the tour journals to their own page, more like a weblog than a forum. You'll still be able to comment on them just as before, of course. We're going to be updating the rules & guidelines. They're ancient and need revision and clarity. Since we have a fixed-width forum now, it's pretty important not to have really long lines or images stretching it out. There's a script that resizes wide images automatically.. you can click images to see them full size in a popup. More to come... if you encounter any oddities or errors beyond the things I've mentioned, please post them here and we'll work on them. _________________ "The revolution starts today, not tomorrow." :: got g-Love? |

It's glitchier and slower on this computer (my gimpy work one), but oh man, this is great. Thanks for all the hard work. -Jamie _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I think part of the slowness might be the massive hits we're getting today, but yeah, I used XHTML + CSS which might not render quite right in older browsers. Firefox, Opera, Safari, and even IE 6 handle it pretty nicely. That being said, it was designed for standards compliance.. not a specific browser. </geek> _________________ "The revolution starts today, not tomorrow." :: got g-Love? |
