Well, everyone I guess this is it. Things are slowly moving into position for this to go down. All we need to hope for is good weather. Well here is the relevant information:

About the poll: Please, if you think you may be able to go, but will not know for sure until a later date, refrain from voting as long as you can before you are certain. Them "I might be able to go" option is only there if you will never know for sure. We are trying to get the most accurate head count we can.

About funding: Berlies_ is basically handling all the food and drinks with a little help from her friends. Everyone say, "Thank you, Berlies_." Anywho, she may be talented enough to handle the logistics, but we are in need of monetary aid to pull off something this large. Berlies_ has provided us with her PayPal info so that we can all contribute to the bbq. Her PayPal account is spoiledbrat2k2@hotmail.com. We ask that anyone going to the bbq contribute for food and drinks. I guess $5 or $10 will be sufficient. Anyone else that wants to contribute to our bbq can. It will be appreciated.

I am including a link to the previous BBQ thread. The previous thread had a map of the local area for anyone that wants is and the address of the park. Also there is a lot of other random information, including some pictures of the park, if you look around. http://www.eisley.com/laughingcity/viewtopic.php?t=14514. Remember, it is for June 11th at Bergfeld Park in Tyler, Texas. The Eisley Mecca.

Currently the schedule looks like I'll be in Tyler all day Friday as well, so if there is any additional help needed to set up or whatnot, let me know.

Oh, and here's a handy dandy little satellite image of where the park is. Heh heh, I love Google Maps.

Thank you wifey!
I will definitely be there!

I'm taking care of the cookie cake and ice chests. And the KY jelly for the wrestling match.
Done and done!

No no... just something simple as the "Woodstock for Eisley fans".

Hmmm... lol... maybe we should have multiple barbecues at the same time all around the world and use videoconferencing to hookup...
