There were some visitors on campus today, and I was wearing my Eisley hoodie. Then, a girl said, "I love your hoodie! I mean, I love Eisley!".

I like it when that happens. Or when I see someone wearing an Eisley shirt, or something, because it doesn't happen often around these necks of the woods. (South Carolina)

Also, I can't wait to see what the new merch looks like!

While I was recording in a studio a couple weeks ago, another band came in to have a tour of the facility. One of them saw the Eisley sticker on my guitar case and declared, "I love Eisley!" Smile

I'm still waiting for one of those moments. Someday it'll happen and I'll make the most of it when it does.

i met my first friend in college when I was wearing an eisley shirt and they came up and said "i love that band". Eisley shirts/stickers are a great way to meet some cool kids.

one time when I was on a scavenger hunt I was wearing my mellaroid hoodie.
We ventured inside a Starbucks, and one of the guys working there was like " I like your hoodie... good band!"
I smiled really big.
My heart smiled.
It was the first time I got complimented on my Eisley hoodie.
He was definitely a cool person!!

yesh, that's my story!

all i've had was

"what the heck's that?"
"it's called a mellaroid"
"oh"
"yeah, the band is called Eisley..."
"ah".

Rolling Eyes

The best one was actually when i saw a worker at Cabaret Voltaire, where i first saw Envy Corps, wearing an Envy Corps tee...

me: mate, could i put my jacket in the cloakroam?
him: that'll be a fiver...
"..." *hands jacket over, KNOWING that it's always one pound for the service*
*guy puts jacket away, and comes back*
"what if", says I as I hand over the pound coin, "I said that's the coolest tee ever?"
"meh... i've not been busy tonight. it sucks..."

Funny thing is i can't remember who i saw that night... Rolling Eyes

Ah! Now I'm filled with hope that someday I might have a "special Eisley moment" such as these. But I don't wear my Eisley shirt much on account that it is a bit too large, does anyone have any weird tips on how to shrink it or whatever? And I hate buying shirts at shows because the sizes are always different and I can never tell if the shirt will actually fit once I get it home. So stressful! Sad

I was at Starbucks a year ago (not my last time Smile ) and I had an Eisley bag and the girl working there making my drink, said: "OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE EISLEY!!!!!!!! WHERE'D YOU GET THAT BAG????!??!??!!"

I thought that was a pretty cool moment.
