I use make-up, but I don't cake it on. It's mostly just make-up on my eyes. Nice and simple.

i think there's differences in make up use

i use a powder foundation so i'm not shiney and some mascara (occasionally eye shadow)- make up, but hardly.

what brand of powder foundation do you use to prevent shine?
i use this blue clean and clear stuff, but it doesn't work so well, and makes me look blue.

You have to understand that this poll was created by a sleep deprived manly man of manliness.

yes makeup, but minimal. use it to enhance and not hide what you've got.

I love when Carmindy says something like that to the real "lookers" on What Not To Wear, who you can tell think makeup is ridiculous and only for the vain.

I basically have eyebrows and lashes that are so blond they are almost clear so I color my brows and use mascara, eye liner, and shadow for my eyes. I use a light concealer for redness, but that's only for certain spots. Foundation and powders just feel gross so I don't wear any of that.

I usually like it when girls go crazy with their make up. Laughing

i voted "au naturale", but, it isn't quite that cut and dry! i prefer little to no make-up, mostly, but if it's done well, then, sometimes more dramatic make-up can be appealing — but, i think the right word there is "dramatic", as opposed, to, say, cheesy, trashy, whatever. i have to say, though, i don't like the idea of make-up as a "cover-up", you know? adding to and enhacing the way you look is one thing, but trying to hide the way you look is something else altogether! even if done "subtley" and "naturally", i just don't like it! oh well.

so, yeah, mostly natural, but some subtle make-up is fine, plus a few exceptions, and a few conditions on those exceptions, and… well, yeah, let's just leave it at mostly "au naturale"…

I like the look of makeup that enhances the eyes but not anything heavier than that. Heavy makeup scares me to this day probably because I was traumatized by my sister and her friends putting makeup on me when I was 8.

Make up or no make up. Different things work for different girls. I have no preference.
