This also has probably been done before but I couldn't find anything recent on it. I was wondering how everyone first got into Eisley or what song inparticular triggered them to check them out. I remember I was a freshman in High School and one of the cooler older seniors had "Vintage People" on their myspace. I loved the lyrics and melody of the song so i googled them and four years later im still a follower! What about you? |

I think the first time I got into Eisley was because of Brand New and because, much like you, these older "cooler" people were into them, so I decided to give them a try. The first song I listened to was "I Wasn't Prepared" from their EP, and since then, I was hooked. |

I was at some female singer's myspace (I forget her name now...ironic, no?) and she had Golly Sandra on her page. It was like nothing I'd heard before and I couldn't believe how awesome and rockin it sounded. I listened to IWP and TP next. And Eisley is now proabbly my favorite band. Eisley would be on the soundtrack of my life, they're so wonderful. So, yeah! I just came upon it...sorta like eisley magic! |

Yeah I gotcha, although all my best friends favorite artists are like, t-pain and lil wayne so they kinda just raised me an odd eyebrow when i showed them. |

'marvelous things' was playing on fuse one morning while i was getting ready and it really stuck out to me, female vocals with an indie rock vibe - i totally dug it _________________ Saellys wrote: You misunderstood. I heard about them when I read something about Adam Lazzara ( ) going out with Chauntelle( ) at the time ( ) and so I decided to check out the band she was in, I remember liking some of their songs but forgot about them, a few monthes later I heard 'Telescope Eyes' and I was hooked. Eisley is now my number one favorite band. _________________ I used to be Snow White but I drifted -Mae West |

I found out from my cousins cousin who isn't related to me haha. She saw a switchfoot concert and Eisley was an opening. We were all big Switchfoot fans and they told me about Eisley. I listened to the music then on, and absolutely love them. To this day i don't find many Eisley fans around but i dont really mind like you Kelly I'll just keep em to myself. ~hi btw its Sean P if you check your PM's i sent you something u may enjoy. |
