because it is a very important choice we all must go through, thinking about the particularly different ways we all enjoy Eisley. Some wait, to some it doesn't give any difference. Either way, there is no doubt that The Valley is/will be no thing but the best. It's coming soon. Worth the wait or worth the streaming, it's good.

I'd should have waited because I prefer the sound in my car more than anything else and that's where I wanted the first listen to be, but I just can't resist.

I couldn't wait ANY longer. Ever since I went through my own personal relatio
ship woes this past year, I've been dying to hear these songs. Just hearing them live filled me with such hope. This album is so easy to relate to. Just love it.

I got down to "Watch it Die," on the EVR steam, but then I stopped! I want to save the rest till March 1st! Smile

Silly to wait for some arbitrary date if the music is available.
I can understand waiting for a hard copy to put on your MP3 player, though.

I did the whole "wait until it's officially released" thing during the lead-up to Combinations... It was excruciating! So this time, I just went with it and I don't regret listening to most of the tracks before the stream came up.

Waiting until the CD arrives. Then I shall cut myself off from all humanity for the time it takes to listen through about 5 times. Bathroom breaks are included.

Even so, I've heard the Fire Kite mixes of Valley & Ambulance, Be Kind & Sad during the November tour, and 3 more during an acoustic radio spot. So the album versions will be 100% new, but I still have heard 7/11 songs. Is there anyone here who hasn't heard ANY of the songs AT ALL?

Self-imposed embargo.

I want my first listen to be on wax. So I'm going to hold out for the record to show up—hopefully it won't get here when I won't be able to listen to it for days.

That was my plan with Combinations too. When they started streaming that one I hadn't any of the songs yet, but I couldn't resist listening to the album when it went up on myspace so I did. I didn't even try with this one.

I haven't heard ANY of the songs, except for The Valley and Ambulance. I'm waiting, not because of the emotion I'm gonna get when I hear it (oh my, I've waited so long for this!), but because of the emotion I'm gonna get right before I hear it for the first time (OH MY I'VE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS!)

I remember spinning the heck out of Combinations at work in 07' to start the day, and here it is 11' and I decided to go ahead and start the day at work by streaming The Valley

I don't consider it caving in after all, cause I listened to everything that's been made available once, and pretty much stopped there, cept' the snippets, I double dipped to make sure I wasn't crazy in hailing the record brilliant on the basis of those alone.

Now I have to decide whether I listen to it again or not???

I hope nobody did that regarding Combinations.

And to answer the question, I'll be waiting. Not until March 1st, but until I receive it.

So excited!
