i don't understand this mb... nobody feels the necessity to post the setlist and review the individual songs... and can anyone confirm/deny that stacy's acoustic song was "just like we do"? and when boyd says "5 new songs were played" does he mean "new" as in songs from the new album sessions or new as in never heard before? the former seems more plausible, but then it surprises me that they would have only played 5 new songs... how many songs did they play total...? Yeah, they played Vintage People as well. I hadn't known you were going to be there, bigideas, or I would have tried to find you and say hi. Defining "new" might help to give accurate information to newbies: We Texans have heard many of the medium-old and not-so-new songs and pretty new but have-been-played-a-few-time songs at shows, but it doesn't mean they've been tracked and released on any real CD. (indie stuff hasn't been released...) So, here's my revised list with detail: IN NO ORDER.... have played a handful of times, but isn't recorded at all: LADY OF THE WOOD (WITH NEW INTRO) have played it many, many times, but isn't recorded/released: SUNFEET have played it many, many times but never recorded/released: THEY ALL SURROUNDED ME have played it hundreds of times, but never released the song: MR. PINE have only played it on the west coast before last night- THE ESCAPING SONG have only played it on the west coast before last night - VINTAGE PEOPLE have only played it on the west coast before last night - PLENTY OF PAPER have never played the song for anyone, anywhere before last night - JUST LIKE WE DO have only played it on the Tiny Texas Tour and the West Coat tours before last night: LOST AT SEA have only played it on the Brand New tour, Tiny Texas tour and the West Coat tours and Dallas shows before last night (at BrewTones, of course): GOLLY SANDRA have toured these songs with Coldplay, Brand New and are classics from the indie eps or one or the other WB ep's: I WASN'T PREPARED MARVELOUS THINGS OVER THE MOUNTAINS MEMORIES TELESCOPE EYES TREE TOPS That's 16 songs. I think the perfect amount for as late as it was getting. Hope that clears it up. Thanks. bd _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead.
