I have never talked to Eisley nor have I drooled over them. So, I guess I am in the clear for now. I met Dido once and she managed to slip by unscathed. But I can't guarantee my inner "obsessive fan" demon won't ever rear it's ugly head. _________________ https://soundcloud.com/kiteswithoutstrings/tracks |

I was simply stating my opinion, which is: most Eisley fans that I have met, or heard about, are extremely weird. Which is an opinion within an opinion. In my opinion they are weird. And even if I was attacking anyone, I would have been only attacking 90% of the Eisley fans as opposed to the entire community.
But anyways I still like Eisley, and I have no problem with anyone here at all. I just think most of you are weird. I think my parents are weird but I still love them. Oh, so it's normal to be like a Weezer fan, not really caring about the music? It's an obligation to be a "freak" on here. Boyd gives us so much info, clips, vids(haha...i said vids.), and quality time that we all feel the need to somehow... give back, in a sense. our only way of giving back is posting too much and liking the band and their music WAY too much. it's not a problem. it's normal. it's good. a connection like this has never been achieved between the musickers and the musickees. and the only time it has before been achieved is by Prince & his gang. oh...now you're going to say prince is a freak. nuh huh. _________________ If the end of the world has proper noodles I'll probably be okay with it. |

And if by weird you mean awesome and unlike anything else, then, yeah. I guess things that are different and cool are weird, then. But it looks like this has been discussed enough. We're all weird in a good way. Makes us unique and interesting... or that's what I like to think. We have some droolers but I'd say they're only 1% of the entire Eisley Fan community. Really. Promise. The rest of us get dry mouthed and can't drool at all. Haha sorry. Lame attempt at humor. The Duprees are really nice people. From the band to their siblings to their parents. All of them are amazing. I don't think they mind if people who enjoy their music want to get to know them as people and not just a band. They're down to earth people and once people realize that, the drool factor drops significantly. Plus, I don't think they'll mind me saying that they might be slightly "wierder" than some of us. Not in a drooly whack job kind of way, but in a very unique individual sort of way. And that's why we like them. _________________ Elizabeth: You two could never make out. You'd start a fire! i like to think that weird people arrange into the area of O.K. to exciting, while normal people fit into the area of just plain boring. and not to mention, anyone who denies that theyre weird is waiting for something. and no, theyre not waiting for cake, thats for sure. let alone ice cream. or bananas....and...................yeah. jonathan _________________ If you took time to read this instead of talking to me, I would seriously consider breaking open a jar of peanut butter and pulling up a comfy chair, because this could go on for a while.
