Now, i know its not the end of the world, but when you're looking forward to a concert for nearly 2 months, and bought the ticket already, you'd expect for things to work out, ya know... have things go your way. No. Of course not. This is my life we're talking about here, and on the night of the eisley show in chicago at the metro, i have an electrical engineering test from 7 to 8 PM... sept 20th. Worst News EVER!. One of THE ONLY things i had looking forward to going into my second year of college, and its ruined. I hate school ... soooooooo much.

Take the test another day. I'm sure you can take it a day or two earlier, right?

Professors will often accommodate you if you tell them in advance that you can't take a test on a certain day. They usually don't like to give tests after the test date, but usually don't have a problem giving it to you earlier.

I have the exact same problem. I have an exam the night of the Eisley show in Houston, and I plan to ask the prof if I can take it another time since I already have tickets and stuff. I won't take no for an answer.
