So, the Eisley show in Portland is the day after tomorrow, and I'm not going. This stinks so very much. They're less than three hours away from me, and I cannot go. No transportation. Really nothing else to say. Except, When Lord, when? _________________ Scriptozoology, a screenwriting blog .. Facebook |

I'd have to get to Corvallis to get to the bus station, then get to Portland from there. The Valley Retriever plus the Greyhound would be crazy expensive, and I'd have to leave in the afternoon, but I have to work. And tomorrow's the big day. Maybe next time. Please, next time. _________________ Scriptozoology, a screenwriting blog .. Facebook |

So, it kind of worked out. I missed the show, but Boyd put up a video of "I Wasn't Prepared" from Portland, and Sarah (WildIris) sent me some stickers from Toronto, and I got to give one to Kaity. And she appreciated it. So that made up for it. But I'm going to try not to let it happen again. _________________ Scriptozoology, a screenwriting blog .. Facebook |
