So I was one of the extremely unlucky people to live in Sacramento. Yes, the one city that had a show cancelled. I'm still a little PO'd, but what can you do? Does anyone know if they'll tour again out this way, hopefully at least to SF, when the new album drops, maybe in a few months? Jeff |

my guess is that if they tour any more at all before the album comes out, it will be as an opener again. however, it's entirely possible that they'll start something mid to late february as a headliner, so there will be enough time to get a single to radio and a video on mtv and such to promote it. |

when i talked to boyd in providence, he said that they were gonna tour to support it, but weren't sure if they were headlining or not. he said it would be great if they could, but wasn't sure if they'd be able to. don't know if this helps. i don't think it does. oh well. xoxo conor _________________ A POEM ABOUT LOVE AND HATE IN THE INFORMATION AGE by jonathon newby 10010111000101101001 10010010101010101001101010 1010010110LOVE101001001 100101011010010010101001 11010010100101010101010 0101100101HATE0101001010 01001010010101001010. |

I think headlining is conditional on if they can even sell albums. It will likely be more beneficial for them to tag along with bands to grow an audience. But who knows, I'm certainly no expert. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Their tour with Snow Patrol has been referred to as a pre-release tour. Once the album comes out, they'll be bahck(yes, bahck!) for a release tour. At least, that's what I've been getting from the album and tour journals. Heck, they might even do a "tiny texas tour deux" before the album's release. Mm, wishful thunking. _________________ If the end of the world has proper noodles I'll probably be okay with it. |

i think it would make sense to start tour mid.feb after new cd gets out there and do a tour with a band of similar size and you could split headlingin dates..maybe an east band, so they could headline east, eisley headlines west. and then maybe take an opener for all east shows and then an opener for all west shows..that way you get east draw for east opener and other headliner and on west shows you get draw from west opener plus eisley who draws pretty good in the west it seems like.. _________________ Bærinn minn/ Bærinn minn og þinn/ Sefur sæll à kyrrð/ Fellur mjöll/ Hljótt à húmi á jörð/ Grasið mitt/ Grasið mitt og þitt/ Geymir mold til vors/ bjork. |
