Next fall I will be attending college. My problem is that I'm not sure if I should live on campus or stay at home. Just about every stupid college video I've seen in recent months has said "Living on campus is better than home." BUT, I have a lot of music equipment, and I'm not sure if having it in a dorm would be the best idea. My older sister has already had some problems with "dishonest" roommates. And I am not sure if I want to leave my stuff for dorm life. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in. Hmm. They both have advantages. I kind of wish I had lived on campus when I could. Will home still be an option if you live on campus? Like if you can go home and do something? I've become a big fan of fully embracing the college life. You need to get into it, or you kind of miss out on some experiences and growth. It comes eventually, but it's nice. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

i really enjoyed dorm life. not everyone does but it is for such a short period of time. i think you should try it out and if you don't care for it then you can move back home after a semester or two. but if you don't do it now, you never can later in life. i have so many lovely memories from my two years in the dorms. _________________ blog. check it. |

welll... i think it'd be a good experience to live in the dorms... get a sense of freedom from the parental units and i think you meet more people too... and also, you could always visit home on the weekends? ...as you're asking if you should stay home or in the dorms...that means you're close to home right? _________________ <3, Christina Last.fm.etsy.tumblr |

The thing about it is, my mom works for the college so I'd only have to pay for books, other stuff(?), and room and board if I stayed on campus. _________________ Power is only pain It’s probably better to have him inside the tent pissing out, than outside the tent pissing in.
