my name is jennifer, i am going to the show in orlando. i think it is on november fifth. i was wondering if anyone else here is going to that one?

i never introduced myself in the newbies post because i got nervous about it, but now i'd like to share. i first saw eisley at cornerstone when one of my friends told me i should see them instead of his band, which was playing at the same time. i really fell in love immediately, and i am way more than glad that they are going to stop in florida.

the end.

hi Jennifer. wow. You're friend was extreme. That's amazing..."NO,
Jennifer of Locksly...you musn't see our band... As hard as it is...no; I bid
you farewell....go, go and see a band you will like more than ours...
hurry... dash away... turn your face from me... I cannnot look apon
you...GO. Go, I say!" (and off she scampered, whimpering)

Find that guy and marry him...he's a true life nobleman. A man of honor.
(just kidding about the marrying part)

Somewhere I have many pics from Cornerstone. That's before I got the
vid-cam. Those were great times. I ran sound for the new band showcase
tent. woah. hot. remember? After the show, Sherri said, "thank you all
very much...and now I think we're going to go back stage and throw up. Smile

Golly, Poster

Did you guys ever see a band called The Aloha Fridays at Cornerstone? Ska/punk type of sound. Lead singer was a Hawaiian guy with a big afro (usually blonde or blue).

Just wondering. We used to play lots of shows with them (both Waco bands) (I'm oldish - so think like 1997ish), and I think they may have played there a couple o times. But then again, it may pre-date most on the board.
