No Best Buy...but Walmart antics.
Well, I can't say I really expected them to stock it here anyway. Our WalMart has nothing, and what little good music they have I found last time in the SALE pile. Sad, really (well happy for me...but..you know).
But I thought I would try anyway since supposedly WalMarts are stocking Room Noises.

That lady was so completely clueless. She pointed me to this stand of "new releases" that included Kids Bop 125 and 3 Doors Down.

The only Tower Records antics I experienced were:

- the cashier saying "What?" with a very serious 'fool you crazy' look on his face after I said "I called and asked someone here to hold Eisley's 'Room Noises' for me."

- I also bought Joanna Newsom's "Sprout and the Bean" CD, which includes two songs and a video, for $6.99, while Room Noises, a brand-new full-length CD, was $9.99.

WOW! Three copies! I went to Borders before work to buy the Paste Magizine w/ Eisely. I went to look and see if they stocked the disc. I didn't plan on buying it b/c I had ordered two w/ autographed booklets (I gave one to my little brother. What can I say? I'm nice.) Anyway go back to the CD section and they had only one copy of RN and one of MT. So I bought them both.
