JD LDS also use the Bible as part of their standard scriptures. And it would be very polite if you would continue to hold your tongue on the topic, because debates of this kind could get to be very offensive. Believe me I have had them before... |

Neither side had the intent of surrendering their views or coming to any agreement and all it became was just cutting and cutting and cutting the other down. And then it gets to be so negative and unproductive. So I think we've done a mighty fine job in this discussion.

ok what I don't understand is why are you whining about not being able to go? When in reality you are able to go. just make a decision, I think people should make up their own minds about these types of things. It's up to you, It always has been up to you. I like what Paul the apostle says about it, basically he says don't make you brother or sister stumble, if someone has a problem with eating meat, then that's up to them. I'm not a mormon, In fact I think it is ridiculous. Just study the history of it and you'll see. but I'm not saying mormons are ridiculous. We need to be respectful of others and their worship. Let's try not to ridicule or diminish another persons feelings of what they feel they need to do to find salvation. Like gRegor said....we want to keep these threads open. |
