NFG is far more established, though. And superiority is an opinion. But I can say I prefer Eisley to NFG. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

It's a little hard for me to compare the two, since they're such different genres. Eisley are unique, different, and special - unlike a lot of bands today. But I think that New Found Glory are just such more amazing. Maybe it's because I've been a big NFG fan for awhile now, but really. Especially live, they are just so powerful and incredible. _________________ we're not sleeping and i'm not breathing |

NFG has a lot of credibilty, they've got all these albums and EPs and a continuously growing fanbase, and solid old one (like myself). I'm one of those people who's been into NFG for a really long time, and I think I always will be, because in my eyes, they've done no wrong. I don't think they've sold out by becoming famous, I think they've been smart and want their music heard. I know there are other bands out there who have more musical talent, but NFG are a fun band. They're good guys, they aren't trying to do anything but play some instruments and have fun with it. I think this is a cool chance for Eisley. NFG fans are really open minded to whatever kind of music you give them, and I think Eisley'll get some new kinds of fans, and for us, I think that'll be cool. Maybe we'll even find out about some new bands, and we can tell them about some ones. It's a really good idea, in my eyes. And even though I'm probably not going to this tour (my sister doesn't want to take me) I wish I could, because I think it'll be really fun. I bet to some NFG fans, they're saying, "Eisley? Why are they opening for NFG?" so it's the same thing, it all depends what you're into. _________________ my name's carrie and i love a good sandwich so if you have a sandwich, come roll with me!

I can understand the point of view that you're coming from but I don't like bands that feature a vocalist that lacks a good voice and some talent. _________________ Thistledown |

A lot of people dislike female vocalists in general. I can assure you there are people who think Stacy and/or Sherri's vocals are terrible. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

I agree completely with hisownshot. guitarfreak217 wrote: I can understand the point of view that you're coming from but I don't like bands that feature a vocalist that lacks a good voice and some talent. And that's only your opinion. A lot of people don't like Jordan's voice because they say it's too whiney, but I love it because it's so different. And really cool sounding. _________________ we're not sleeping and i'm not breathing |

Nothing Gold Can Stay was good. This new thing that NFG created, it crap. I swear, that guy is TRYING to make his voice sound as whiny as possible...and it's just annoying. I'd say that Eisley is far superior to NFG. Reggie, on the other hand, should be the headliner of the tour. |
