Sorry I am not exactly a photographer, and it was kinda dark out by then, but you get the idea, I still think its pretty cool looking. _________________ EisleyForever wrote: you're A-list in my heart! MAKECOLDPLAYHISTORY |

Sweet, you found Trolley Wood. Remember, in the song they unfound it after they had found it. Edit: And good night everyone. _________________ Thistledown |

Mhmm, sorta like that for me... its really covered in trees and brush that I could hardly get any good pics from more than a few feet away. _________________ EisleyForever wrote: you're A-list in my heart! Can someone tell me what a Trolley Wood is? Is it real or made up? I feel silly asking, but I'm from NJ/NY. That's my excuse. All I know is cities and oceans. Love the song, but have no idea what it is. I like the song too, but it is just kind of funny/wierd. Surely someone hear has the scoup on the song? |

This is what they were thinking of when they wrote that song (I think). This is from one of Sherri's photoalbums that she was sweet enough to give us links to. http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/slitgizzard/detail?.dir=ba45&.dnm=cd3e.j pg&.src=ph JD P.S. Reminds me of The 'Dillo in Austin, but I don't think they travel in pairs. _________________ "Well, hopefully that's our job, to strap rockets onto everything." - Adam Savage, Mythbusters |

I'm pretty sure they wrote the song before that photo was taken. It's been in the FAQ lyrics section for a long time. I would hazard a guess that the trolley wood has no more real-world significance than the humming meadow in "Brightly Wound." It's a lovely metaphor, though. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |
