What has the camera/photography policy been?

I thought I would ask here before going to Boyd. I have a semi-professional looking camera and certain venues I know have a problem with cameras and certain bands have strick photography policies, but I didn't know what had been going on so far with this tour?

it was definitely restricted in nashville..
the security guard said the "no cameras rule" was NFG's doing..
but someone on here said its whatever the venue allows..
so i'm confused....
hope you get your answer.

I was able to take pictures at our show in Jacksonville, FL at Plush. I guess it just has to do with the venue rules. I'm always able to take pictures there.

I'd check with the venue beforehand. Most likely though, if you can get it in it won't be a problem. At Atlanta they didn't check people at all, so if you can wear a jacket over it or something, then you shouldn't have a problem. And for Eisley there was no security at all up front. So don't worry about them saying anything. Shoot, I could have jumped up on stage and it would have taken forever for someone to do anything about it.

yeah.. at charlotte there were signs.. so i hid mine... thinking they were going to do bag searches and stuff.. but they didnt.. so once they started playing tons of flashes were lightening and so i pulled mine out.. got a few shots.. and then this real tall man.. who had just shaved.. and had a shirt on too tight.. told me 'no digitals ma'am' and so i stopped.......but.. it really depends on the venue. but otherwise.. you could have a photoshoot at the merch table.

Jordan told me the no digital was FUSE's doing.

As long as you dont take pictures of them on stage they dont mind having them out at the merch tables.

A friend who went to a couple shows said she was told no digital cameras, because some can also record videos. I say either hide it or take a disposable.

yeah totally just sneak it in. if you carry a purse you can put it in there under a paper towel or something (if they happen to check purses) or if youre a guy put it in your sock? or take a girl with you hahah..

anyway ..i wouldnt take it too seriousily. and if they do find you with a camera during the show and they dont like it, i would suppose they would nicely warn you to just put it away.

House of Blues doesn't allow cameras.
And I've heard of this cool idea.. if you're a girl, and your camera is small.
Just like stick it in a tampon box and put it in your purse, haha.

Well then, next time I'm gonna jump on stage and give them all a hug...
