I may and most likely are wrong by my take is this song may be based oh the beautiful Christie Dupree. Someone please steer me in the right directions of what this song is really based on if anyone actully knows. Also if their is a place that tells the origins of the songs that might be nice to. Just rambling again, Katy. |

That theory crossed my mind as well. The lyrics seem to be written from the POV of a parent or other relative to a young child. It certainly makes sense to postulate that Stacy wrote it for Christie. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

I think it's Sun Feet that Christie helped inspire. At least the title. I can't remember ... _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Stacy wrote it about me, the lost DuPree child. [Some alien with a British accent walks in and pushes me off my chair] "Oh, yeah, it's always about you, isn't it?!" _________________ If the end of the world has proper noodles I'll probably be okay with it. |

but i mean, if its not meant to be literal it could be father daughter. Yeah, but...if it were literal, it might instead be, "Oh, you are my stretch mark" _________________ If the end of the world has proper noodles I'll probably be okay with it. |
