I absolutely use the GIMP, thats how I got the nickname. I make images for another website and forum that I've been involved with for several years now. They started calling me GIMP since I talked about the software so much.

Now, I'll try not to not hijack this thread any more Laughing Wink

True too, and its also lyrics to a Beatles song - Inner Light. One of Harrison's great Indian sitar songs. I try to switch my signature around with different Beatles lyrics Very Happy . And I keep that Winamp now playing feature too, anyone can get one at http://www.audiotracker.com/index.php

I'm Terrick. I'm 16 (17 in january) and I live in Bloomington, IN. I play the drums, guitar, keyboard...pretty much anything that doesn't require air. Oh wait, i guess you gotta breathe to play those. ANYWAY. I just fell in l*ve with Eisley (and stacy Embarassed ) yesterday. I bought the laughing city shirt and 4 sets of the 4 sticker set thingy. I like pretty much all music. I've been into Bright Eyes and the get up kids and stuff lately (as in the past few years). oh, and I like to make websites. Hmm, i dunno what else to say...

I believe I am a newb and therefore I am going to describe myself to the extent that I feel like going to.

My name is Kelly. I live in Florida. I will be 15 on May 14 (I am far too young). I enjoy writing songs, playing the guitar, i use photoshop as a compensation for not being able to draw; which i can only do when inspired, listening to music like: Eisley, Grandaddy, Death Cab for Cutie, Pedro the Lion, Neutral Milk Hotel, Cursive, Midlake (heard from Eisley), Coldplay, Radiohead..... I have a habit to ramble. i dont like capitalization, and there isnt that much left.

Just simply PM me or something if you care to know more.

Haha, you have now joined the ranks of the younger than thou Eisley forum members. I'm also 14 (birthday in March), and you have very good taste in music. By the way, overuse of capitalization sucks popsicles and photoshop is a lifesaver.

Wow! I feel way too old to be around here. Maybe I should go hang around the Styx message board. OK... or maybe Pearl Jam. That shows my age much better.

By the way... I was born the same year Styx's album The Grand Illusion was released. And no, I'm not a Styx fan (I know virtually nothing about them). They were just the first 70s band that came to my mind.

Aw... you're not too old to be here... I mean geez, with Eisley's uber awesomeness, I'm surprised that we don't have a larger age range. The music seems like it would be appealing to many considering who their influences are, the actual age of the members, and their sound and lyrics. All of it is really quite amazing.

Well, it's not that I feel too old for Eisley's music. My dad's 62 and he's liked what he's heard... and I don't think that's odd. I just feel too old to be visiting a message board so often. But it's kind of new to me. Perhaps the novelty will wear off one day. We'll see. Maybe I keep coming back because the people are pretty nice here.
