If/when I get to see them and potentially get a picture with them, it'll be in my wallet. I found out that I might be able to go to the Minneapolis(sp? I'm tired) show at the Quest. I'm slowly managing to get it into my parents head that it can be a bit of a family vacation. If not that one, then possibly the Ohio show.

If it were just a picture of Eisley (without you), I might be a little spooked if you pulled it from your wallet...that would be borderline stalkerish, don't you think?

But since you're actually in the picture, it's okay... Shocked

My friends started talking about indie bands and I mentioned Eisley. Then before they knew it I took out my picture of me and Eisley. They said it was a little weird that I carried picture of them in my wallet. Confused

yes, that is quite weird.
would you want a picture of yourself in a strangers wallet?

Not truely a fair comparison.

Would you want a picture of yourself on the shelf of a magazine shop, which will eventually make its way into some strangers hand, and end up in that strangers bedroom? Weird ain't it? Of course, it sounds less weird once you mention that they are "celebrities".

Yes, "celebrities" have their right to privacy, as anyone else who lives on this planet of ours, but it is counter-intuitive to think that you will be able maintain your level of privacy at the same time you are trying to increase your fame.

It is also not as if the picture has anything vulgar or offensive in it... It probably is expected that the pictures bands or celebs take with their fans will find their way into the public... which is what they partially want in the first place anyways, correct, a sort of low-level grassroots advertissing?

Eisley aren't celebrities really.
OK, I buy a magazine with an Eisley picture in it, cut it out, put it in my wallet.
Yes, that's weird. But then again there are a lot of weirdos on this board and I don't mean that in a good way.
