Hi I'm a newbie. I'm a former recording artist from Houston. I was the lead singer in a very little known hard rock/heavy metal band in high school. Some of our songs included titles such as: The Toilet Bandit, Lord Gore, Leave Me Alone, Have You Been To Jesus, and the ever popular I Hate Girls. I have lost some of the anger since then and now I focus on the visual arts, but I truly miss expressing myself in such an overt way. I hope this band has as much fun with it as I had with my experience. -anonymous a. |

Bogart's Welcome! I was able to find it all by myself, haha, but thank you anyway. It'll be a trek to Cincinnatti but hopefully I can make it. _________________ Every heart sings a song, incomplete, until another heart whispers back |

Hi everyone My name is Matt and I too heard about the band on MTV(which I don't normally watch). Anyway, I picked up the Laughing City EP and can't stop listening to it. Soon I located the website and found out about the tour. I was overjoyed to see that Eisley would be playing in Detroit, but soon found that the show was sold out. So, I will be driving 4 hours to Chicago to see them at the Metro. It's been so long since I've been so excited about a new band that I'm willing to make the trip. I hope to see some of you there. If anyone has an extra ticket for the Detroit show, please let me know. |

i think i missed this page somehow. hi, my names eliot and i'm an alcoholic.. ... you know.. i'm probably going to be the only one who finds that funny, but hopefully not. i'm a 19yr. old sophomore in college at the lovely NGCSU. My major is art marketing (some would say advertising), but all my life i've had a love afair with music. i'm in a band. currently tied up in recording a cd. i sing and play bass.. you can check out my bands site through a link that i'll put at the bottom (we're all about plugging things), but i'll warn you.. i designed it and it's not finished.. very not finished.. anything else you want to know.. i'll be around, just feel free to ask. http://www.ngcsu.edu <--- they're so damn creative when it comes to names. my band: arkasia <--- also creative with names. _________________ -xxciv- ARkASIA life without you. it's not the same. |

Well, just beacuse it's on MTV doesn't mean it sucks. Generally, it might be the case, but that doesn't mean it all does. MTV definitely annoys and sickens me, but it has some redeeming qualities (as seen when they were cool enough to do something about Eisley). Not to mention, it's another channel on the TV and can pass the time just as well as some of the others... anyway, it's cool that the word is spreading. MTV gets something right every now and then, and this was one of those times. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |
