The first official OGG contest is on! yes, i posted this in Eisleyblog. it's...eisley...related...everything OGG is eisley related... anyway. MAKE US A BANNER! We need to advertise on other websites! So you go ahead and help us out. Here's the rules: Quote: At long last, the first ever OGG contest has begun! The objective of your participation in this contest is twofold: not only are you competing for awesome merchandise; you're also helping OGG in the process.
You see, we're in desperate need of banners to advertise this site and share with our affiliates and all who would like to link to OGG. But gosh darn it, we're just not that smart or talented, so we need your help! OGG needs three kinds of ad graphics: The standard 468 pixels by 60 pixels banner ad, a super-condensed 50x50, and a wider 88x31. All graphics must incorporate the initials "OGG" and/or the words "Orange Gold and Green." (The OGG initial font you see at the top of the page is Futura Medium. The typeface used for "Orange Gold and Green" is Harrington. The font for "An Eisley Fansite" is Silkscreen.) Animated images will be accepted, but animation is not a requirement. Entries will be judged based on quality, creativity, and the graphic's congruence with the overall OGG design. All entries must be 72 dpi GIF files, no larger than 50 kb. You may only submit one of each kind of graphic (duplicate entries will be disqualified), so make sure it's your best! One winner will be picked for each graphic size; these lucky individuals will each receive an OGG prize pack including an Eisley flat, a poster, and a sticker (merchandise graciously provided by Karina of e-Merge). To enter, create your design and upload it to your own webspace or a hosting service like Photobucket. Send an e-mail to contests@orangegoldandgreen.com with the subject line "Banner Ad Contest." Include your full name and the URL of your submission. (Multiple size submissions may be listed in the same e-mail.) Deadline for entries is August 15, 2005. Winners will be contacted by September 1, 2005. What are you waiting for? Crank up that image editor and start submitting! ATTENTION!! there was a typo in the original rules! a standard banner must have 468x60 borders, not 460x68! please all contestants make a note of this! thank you the rules are btw being fixed as we speak _________________ welcome to the no pants club boone |

my brain is blank i started to make a 50x50 and it's just and a little orange box with OGG typed in white....it reminds me of thoses 50/50 bars mmmm...orange and cream when i'm done is it okay to post it here first before sending it off to oGG ? _________________

Since this is gonna be judged by the OGG admins, we'd rather be the first people to see it, at least until after September 1st. it sucks anyway no body will want to see it it's boring.i feel uncreative
i wish i had Photo shop this stupid thing i have is not good arrgg it wont let me save it as a gif _________________
