I could try and send it to apple (i dont think there is an apple store around here, I bought mine at best buy) but if I send it to apple I'm pretty sure that huge mark on the screen and various cracks inside the screen are obvious there was some "abuse" to it. I could try but I doubt it would get me very far. I'm not sure where you are in Tennessee but there two apple stores in the state, Saddle Creek and Green Hills. If you ship it off to applecare, they won't give you a different answer. Your best bet it to head to a retail store and see if the management there is sympathetic to your cause. Don't mention that you got it at Best Buy though. _________________

I accidently dropped my iPod in water on Saturday when getting into a car and amazingly enough, it still works. It has a tiny dent on the side, but I can now say my iPod has battle scars. Maybe I'll give it a manly name like "VOLTAR" or "BEEFZOR" or "BUTCH" now. _________________ Blaahg Mahspace Audioscrobbler

I have a blu mini and it's named "sound recording" because that is what I named my last install of xp. I had a 40gb once, but I wanted a better camera instead. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/whisperingtrees |
