I was just wondering if the band has any plans on doing Glastonbury 2004? It will be going ahead, and theres even a competition being held by the organizers for unsigned bands and artists to play one of the main stages.

Theres more information at this link. I think Glastonbury would be the perfect festival for Eisley to do. I mean if the Sugarbabes Confused , can perform on the main stage i'm sure Michael Eavis (THE BIG BOSS MAN) can make room Eisley.

this is the weirdest thing ever. i was just thinking this morning whilst pretending to listen in lectures whether Eisley would play any of the festivals. and galsto was the first one that sprang to mind. crazy.

i doubt ill be there whether they play or not cos i cant afford to take the time out of my project period. meh.

oh plus Eisley are signed so i doubt they would enter that.

I can only say that it's a desire...and there's talk...
I can say that their management wants them to play it.
I can only say that Steve Strange, their UK booking agent
loves the band. But I honestly, I have no clue.. it sounds like
what we'd call in America - "a tall order". Glastonbury? sheeesh.

Then again, how did Eisley end up opening the main stage at the V-Fest?
That was totally beyond us... that's insane. If we never get to go back to
England, it was worth it to have that experience and just "be" there. But I
still have this feeling that Eisley will do well in Europe. All our favorite
bands are British!! And I really feel there'll be a club tour in '04. Wink

I'll lay down a couple of predictions:

1) Eisley will play the Other Stage at Glasto next year
2) I'll see ya there Wink

What a top idea! Think Eisley at Glasto would be ace. I'll be there - free fight to get a ticket permitting!
