im glad they made a video like this. its very very different, and amazing. i dont know if i've ever seen anything like it. definately not the "norm". but thats to be expected. eisley isnt "the norm". you wouldnt want a band like radiohead making a "normal" video would you? no. none of their videos make any sense, and they are some of my personal favorite videos. soo, all im saying is that i think its better for eisley to make an edgy, risky video than a bland normal video. and yes i just compared eisley to radiohead.  _________________ Flutter girl killing me with her sunshine... she's so unaware that she's my melpomene. hi www.myspace.com/musicislove |

You guys, the band didn't even like the talking that much, they had it edited out but myspace put up the one that wasn't edited. At least thats what Garron told me...someone correct me if i'm wrong Edited by the band. |

You know ... hang me for thinking so, but I didn't think it was half bad. I must say now, though, I watched it with no sound, so I was spared any possible dialogue pain. But Since Eisley is more than vegetation and green, I think it's pretty cool. I think it's kind of cool going against the nature vibe of the song and putting something sci-fi in place. They are growing more diverse, and I think it's a good thing. I still the the Marvelous Things video was more on the mark (albeit too simple for them to keep repeating), but I say this is a positive step forward, especially after Telescope Eyes. Why turn the song into a comedy pastiche of cheap 70s B-movies 
Perhaps I have too firm an image in my mind of what Eisley means to me but, for example, an animation of Sherri's drawings would have been much better!

OHMYGOSH! I'm so late ::cries:: I saw it though, and it's super mega really awesome. Although I think they could have left out the actor people talking. I don't like that. It reminds me of that GreenDay Video how they talk and stuff. It takes away from the actual song. heh heh.
