Ello!! I'm Dainia! I'm from an extremely small town in upstate NY, consisting of like 90 % senior citizens. Anyways I was looking for some awesome music for myspace and stumbled upon Eisley's Marvelous things and I fell in love! I listened to Eisley songs and watched videos for like 8 hours straight! I've never enjoyed any band as much as I do Eisley!! So amazing! I can't even describe how I feel about their music and thoughts but pure L-O-V-E! |

And if you were worried about not being religious, don't. We have all kinds here, and we accept everyone. Anyway, welcome to the forum! _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

hey, ive been here for a while, but im just now doing this. im a college student that thinks eisley is awesome. ive seen them twice and i enjoy everything , even the old stuff, by them. i met boyd a while ago and through him i found THE FORUM. though ive never met the band and i really want to, boyd is very kind and truly cares about the fans, he even gave me advice. so i figure that his values are past to the eisley gang, and from reading everyone else's stories about them, they seem to be just as awesome as there dad. anyways, happy to be hear. viva la eisley, have a blessed day. jason _________________ hi five! |

Alright well.. my name is Natalie, and I'm from Hamilton Ontario. I'm 17 and I discovered Eisley when I saw the "Marvelous Things" video on the Yahoo Launch site. I finally bought "Room Noises" this weekend, (every time I went to the music store they didn't have it, and then finally this time they did). Thanks to this thread I'm going to see them live in TO with my friends!! (no.. seriously!!) I didn't know they were going to have a show in Canada, and then someone from Toronto mentioned they're coming.. so Anyways I'm totally happy right now. Maybe more about myself..? Um.. I'm graduating from highschool this year and hopefully going to Queens in Kingston, in Engineering. My favourite Eisley song is Trolley Wood. And I can play along with Marvelous Things on the flute. Hehe. AAND it sounds kind of cool. And now I say.. WOOT for cool message boards, and Eisley. |

hi there, my name is Jonathan, I'm 18 years old and first started listening to eisley about 2 or 3 years ago when i heard "Mr. Pine" and another holiday-ish song of theirs on an Indierock christmas internet radio station ...(i think the other song was called "snow song pt 1" or something, but after a few years of looking for it i think and not seeing any traces of it i think i might have imagined it..) I really enjoy the band, they have an amazing sound with equally great lyrics! i haven't seen them live yet, but i'm hoping that the spring tour heads out near norman, OK...that's where i go to school...i'm a freshman at OU...hmm, what else? i have a talent crush on stacy dupree...(but i think a whole lot of the people on this forum probably do) _________________ |

nevernever wrote: maybe it was The Winter Song? i'm positive it wasn't the winter song...it was funny because after that i looked for stuff of theirs and i could find "Mr. Pine" but never managed to be able to get anything that sounded like that song...haha, and i didn't expect forum members to have less admiration than myself for the beautiful dupree girls! _________________ |
