If you don’t know what coast to coast AM is it is probably because it is past your bedtime. It is a late night/early morning talk show that covers subjects such as aliens, ancient civilizations, and all kinds of other marvelous things that give me the creeps. This show has a huge market with listeners in the millions. Every time they mention a website that site promptly crashes because of all the hits. Anyway, they have quite an extensive set of bumper music. Here’s a link to the first page of their play list, which in itself has links to purchasing the music: http://www.coasttocoastam.com/services/bumpermusic.html?&id=A_B_C_ I’ve looked through it and couldn’t find any Eisley songs, nor have I heard any on the show. In my opinion Eisley belongs in the play list of this radio show. I was about to write to the show to suggest they consider Eisley, but then thought that since I’m a newbie to this I should run it across here and get the opinions of you who know more about this than I, or get something started like the Starbucks music project. Good idea or bad? Stan |

Good idea indeed. When I read the title of thread I was excited because I thought that they had played an Eisley tune as a bumper. _________________ http://www.nicholasvenaglia.com |

Go for it. I used to listen to that at night when I was at my university (I can't get it anymore, that I know of). Cool stuff. I know I would have been stoked to have heard Eisley on a bumper. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Right then. The email has been sent. Here's the address of the producer if anyone else wants to send them an email. lisa@coasttocoastam.com Hopefully some night, or rather afternoon here in Korea, I'll hear Eisley start playing during some ethereal discussion of aliens or angels or some such. Off topic, since I'm here in Korea the Eisley videos on MTV.com won't play because it says they are only available in the US. Does anyone know anywhere else those vidoes are posted. I usually have no problem seeing vidoes, such as on UGO.com etc. I have had some problems viewing some OGG stuff, but I think those links might be broken. Am I right about that? Stan |

Stan OGG was down about a week ago but it should be back up and running. I was over there today. Maybe Yahoo Music would work over there in S. Korea, go to www.yahoo.com and pick the music and then search for Eisley. They have a few videos on there. Good luck with that. And I will send my email to Coast to Coast AM. One email each, please. This isn't UGO. And also shoot off an email to Starbucks, too (see separate thread). |

I use to listen to the show when I worked 3rd shift but don't much more srstacy wrote: http://www.coasttocoastam.com/services/bumpermusic.html?&id=A_B_C_ songs that I hear often including Metisse’s Boom-Boom Ba. Alot of the stuff they play is classic rock. I think George said he was a fan of Dead Like Me thats why Boom Boom Ba gets played, but yeah I think Eisley's sound would fit in nicely with the bumper music they play. They should update it some. |

Art Bell was a big fan of Dead Like Me. He interviewed on coast to coast Ellen Murth who played the main character. That interview got me into watching Dead Like Me, and like him I was upset that it was cancelled after the second season. I think it was probably his idea to play Boom Boom Ba, which is a great song, but yeah Eisley definitely should be part of the play list. |

I bought a used first season DVD for $20 and loved it. I heard the parody someone made of the Boom Boom Ba song where they chaged all the lyrics to being about C2C. I also remember Art talkng about having something that he plays the songs through and it gives them that psychedelic sound. I would love to hear a psychedelic Eisley song |

Once the Eisley tour begins, the South Korean fans could get together and attend a show by Remote Viewing. (as described on Coast To Coast AM) Unless and until the band goes to Korea, it will be the only way you ever see them live. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote_viewing _________________ "If those are my last words, I can do better." |
