Could you please tell us what band John Crosby is from?

I'm a big fan of another band "VAST" and I could swear his voice sounds like the lead singer Jon Crosby but the spelling is, of course, not exactly the same.

My bad. You are correct! It is the Jon Crosby that you speak of. Smile

Chauntelle does have a beautiful voice. I'm proud of her.

Wow... I can't imagine ever not being confident in a voice like that!

I was hesitant to post in this thread, because I didn't want to be another of the nameless mass offering gushing praise for someone who, at this point, probably already knows she has a great voice. However, I eventually realized that Chauntelle may not yet realize that her voice is really one of the sweetest out there. Thus, I decided to offer my sincere hopes that she continues singing, even if it isn't with Eisley. Of course, we'd all be thrilled hearing her sing at an upcoming Eisley concert. I'm tried of getting my fix of Chauntelle's voice through "Pretender".

I liked it a lot as well.

I hope "we" can talk her into a solo on the next album, at least. Cool

One suspects that she has more issues singing harmony with her sisters than solo. (saw her sing once before in Dallas with Vanished which wasn't solo but...)

(not investing my paycheck on that suspicion, but willing to step up to the plate and offer it)

At least you guys are visiting Boston in March, so I can see you again. Missed the last time you were in Dallas due to being in Houston. (and the Houston date to being in Dallas, but I digress...)

Whoever said Cat Power, that was the first thing that came to my mind. A somewhat sweeter Chan Marshall. (This is a good thing.)

Know what would be greaaat to hear? Chauntelle and Christie singing together. Think of the amazing harmonies those two deep and lovely voices could make. Ahh.

And then Chauntelle and Christie can wrastle with Stacy and Sherri until they create a sort of musical Machine with like 8 arms or something.

And Weston and Garron'll be like Shocked dude.

I really, really like the song.

It's awesome that Zac Hanson helped out in the writing of it. Smile

That's absolutely beautiful. I'm speechless. Not that I'm the first to say so, but she's got an amazing voice.

Christie should contribute some vocals on the next album. That would be grand.
